President George W. Bush, living proof that someone of average IQ and modest intellect can still become President, now admits – after months of claiming otherwise – that he cannot win the war on terror.

When NBC’s Matt Lauer – another shining example of how you don’t have to be smart to be rich and famous – asked the President if we could win the war on terror, Bush said “I don't think you can win it. But I think you can create conditions so that the — those who use terror as a tool are less acceptable in parts of the world.”
