Indonesian president-elect Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono plans to set up a radical cabinet.

He is expected to establish a panel of 11 advisors, increase the power of the presidential office, the vice-presidential office, the state secretariat and form a national security council and a national economic council directly under him.
