The Federal Government has asked ASIO to find out moreabout the Islamic Tawhid terrorist group, which has threatened to attack Australia with "columns of rigged cars". But Foreign Minister Alexander Downer says while he takes the threat seriously, the Federal Government will not negotiate with terrorists.
