Hamas Senior Leader Assassinated, Eight Wounded In Gaza

GAZA, Sep 20,2004 (IPC)----A senior leader of Hamas's military wing was extra-judicially executed in an Israeli occupation chopper raid on his car Sunday night at Khalil al Wazeer Street (Al Lababidi), north of Gaza city witnesses said. The missile, which witnesses said was fired by an air force drone, ripped through a car carrying a senior field commander of Hamas's Izz el-Deen al-Qassam brigades, Khaled Abu Selmiya, 33. He was killed and eight at least passersby were wounded.
