BEIJING (Reuters) - Six-party talks aimed at scrapping North Korea's nuclear weapons programs face "some new and complicated factors", host China said on Thursday, urging North Korea and the United States to work out their problems.

The two Koreas, the United States, Japan, Russia and China agreed at talks in Beijing in September on a broad set of principles aimed at dismantling the arms programs in return for the North receiving aid and the opening of friendly ties.
