A new report on Haiti claims there’s evidence that suggests that members of Haiti’s elite, including political power broker Andy Apaid, pay gangs to kill supporters of ousted President Jean -Bertrand Aristide.

The report, following a study conducted over 10 days in November by a Philadelphia-based immigration attorney, Thomas Griffin, lays out a range of alleged human rights abuses by the current Haitian government and the elite that helped push Aristide out. The report does not delve into alleged abuses by Aristide supporters.
