DR Congo accuses Rwanda of backing the rebels in Bukavu

Foreign ministry officials from the three countries are reportedly to hold a meeting – early July – in Kinshasa. High on the agenda will be the tension between DR Congo and Rwanda. “We are proposing a meeting in Kinshasa soon as a follow up to that in Washington,” said the Foreign Affairs permanent secretary, Mr Julius Onen, on Friday.
